Chris Hare
Christopher read law at Trinity College, Cambridge and completed his postgraduate studies at Harvard Law School and Brasenose College, Oxford.

He practised as a barrister in a commercial law set for several years before being appointed to a lectureship at Jesus College, Cambridge in 2000. Whilst at Cambridge, Christopher taught courses in the law of tort, contact law, equity, company law, the conflict of laws and banking law.

His research interests are generally in the contract and commercial fields, particularly the areas of banking law and trade finance. He is currently completing a book entitled "Documentary Credits: Law and Practice" for the LLP Commercial Law Library.

Hanna Wilberg LLB(Hons) BA (Otago), BCL MPhil (Oxon)
Hanna Wilberg
Hanna is a graduate of the University of Otago. She completed her BCL and MPhil in Law at Lincoln College, Oxford.

Hanna joined the University of Auckland Law Faculty in 2004. Her previous experience includes lecturing at Southampton University in the UK, practicing law at the Crown Law Office in Wellington, and working as a Judges' Clerk at the Court of Appeal in Wellington.

Hanna’s research and teaching straddles two main areas, public law (especially administrative law) and torts. She has written on administrative law, public authority liability, the Bill of Rights and the Treaty of Waitangi.
